Chatting Rewards
Server admins can enable Chatting Rewards to let community members earn points simply by being active in the server. You can configure up to 5 channels where chatting will grant users points.
How to Enable a Chat Reward Channel?
Use the /chat add-channel command
Limit: Up to 5 channels can be added.
Users will earn points only for eligible messages sent inside these configured channels.
You can use the /chat remove-channel command to remove an already added channel.
Customizations
1. /chat reward-per-message
Set how many points a user earns for every eligible message they send.
This lets you fine-tune how quickly users progress through your reward system.
2. /chat cooldown-per-user
Defines how often a user can earn points from chatting.
- The default cooldown is 10 seconds.
- Example: If a user sends a message and earns points, they must wait 10 seconds before another message can reward them again.
- Any messages sent during the cooldown will not give points.
This helps prevent spam and encourages natural conversation.
3. /chat minimum-characters
Set a minimum character requirement for messages to count toward rewards.
- Example: If the minimum is set to 5, only messages with 5 or more characters will earn points.
This prevents users from sending extremely short or low-effort messages.
