Slope Bot allows you to set up a complete ticketing system so users can open private support tickets directly in your server.

How to Enable the Ticket Panel?​

Use the /tickets panel command

This command creates a fully functional ticket panel in the channel you choose.
Users can click the panel to instantly open a private ticket.

Additional Setup Commands​

1. /tickets set-manager-role​

Update a role that will manage and respond to tickets.

2. /tickets set-transcript-channel​

Choose a channel where ticket transcripts will be sent once a ticket is closed. Below is how they look:
