Welcome to CyberCore ("we", "us", or "our"), a platform developed and operated by CyberThrone Technology LTD. CyberCore consists of the core.cyberthrone.io website and the CyberCore Discord Bot, which together provide community management, automation, verification, engagement, and other services for Discord communities.
At CyberThrone Technology LTD, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, and protect it when you interact with the CyberCore website, add the CyberCore to a Discord server, or use any of its features, commands, or services.
This Privacy Policy also explains your rights regarding your personal data, including how you can request access to, correct, or delete the information we hold about you where applicable.
By accessing core.cyberthrone.io, using the CyberCore, or interacting with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described in this policy, please discontinue using our services.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal information, please contact us at legal@cyberthrone.io
Information We Collect
To operate CyberCore and provide its services, we collect and process only the information necessary for the platform to function as intended. The type of information collected depends on how you interact with CyberCore, whether through our website or the CyberCore Discord Bot.
A. Information Collected Through Discord
When CyberCore is installed on a Discord server or when you interact with its features, we may collect and process information provided by the Discord API, including:
- Discord User ID, Username and Avatar – Used to identify users within the platform and provide features such as virtual economies, points, achievements, leaderboards, quests, raffles, ticket ownership, verification records, statistics, and other community systems.
- Discord Server (Guild) ID and Server Name – Used to store server-specific settings, configurations, permissions, economy data, custom modules, and feature preferences.
- Role IDs and Channel IDs – Used to manage permissions, token-gated access, self-assignable roles, support ticket categories, logging channels, shop restrictions, and other server-specific functionality.
- Activity Metadata – Depending on the features enabled by a server administrator, CyberCore may process message activity, reactions, invitations, command usage, and other interaction events to operate engagement systems and reward mechanisms.
Unless explicitly required by a specific feature (such as support tickets or user submissions), CyberCore does not permanently store the contents of normal Discord conversations.
B. Information You Provide
Certain features require you to voluntarily provide information, including:
Blockchain Wallet Verification – If you choose to use CyberCore's blockchain verification or token-gating features, you will be directed to https://verify.cyberthrone.io, where you may voluntarily connect one or more supported blockchain wallets and link them to your Discord account. During this process, we collect your public wallet address(es), Discord User ID, and the verification records necessary to confirm ownership of supported blockchain assets. This information is used exclusively to verify ownership of NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and other supported digital assets, assign or remove Discord roles, provide token-gated access, unlock community features, and maintain your verification status. You may disconnect or remove linked wallet addresses at any time through the verification platform (where available) or by contacting us, after which the wallet will no longer be associated with your Discord account within CyberCore.
X (formerly Twitter) Username – If you link your X account through CyberCore, we store your username to verify participation in community campaigns, social engagement tasks, and promotional events.
-
Quest Responses and User Submissions – Information you submit while participating in quests, competitions, forms, or other interactive features may be stored so that server administrators can review and validate your submissions.
-
Support Tickets – If a server uses CyberCore's ticketing system, messages exchanged within support tickets may be stored or archived depending on the server's configuration.
