Introduction​

Welcome to CyberCore ("we", "us", or "our"), a software platform developed and operated by CyberThrone Technology LTD.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CyberCore, including but not limited to the CyberCore Discord Bot, core.cyberthrone.io, verify.cyberthrone.io, our APIs, dashboards, websites, integrations, premium services, and any current or future products or services provided under the CyberCore brand (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, installing, purchasing, subscribing to, connecting to, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you install CyberCore on behalf of a Discord server, organisation, business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Acceptance of These Terms​

Your use of CyberCore is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, documentation, or guidelines that we may publish from time to time.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms that interact with CyberCore, including but not limited to Discord, X (formerly Twitter), PayPal, Stripe, supported blockchain networks, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and marketplace integrations.

CyberCore is an independent software platform developed by CyberThrone Technology LTD. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CyberCore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Discord Inc., X Corp., PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, Shopify, OpenSea, or any blockchain network or third-party service integrated with the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirements​

To use CyberCore, you must be at least 14 years of age, or the minimum age required to lawfully use our Services in your country of residence, whichever is higher.

Certain features, including blockchain wallet verification, token gating, and other blockchain-related functionality, are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf where required by applicable law.

By using CyberCore, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the applicable age requirements.

Description of the Services​

CyberCore is a comprehensive community management platform designed for Discord communities. Depending on the subscription plan and enabled modules, the Services may include community management tools, automation, engagement systems, token gating, blockchain verification, moderation, analytics, support ticketing, gamification, virtual economies, social media integrations, premium features, marketplace integrations, and other current or future functionality.

Some features may rely on third-party platforms or services. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration and reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue integrations at any time.

A. Virtual Economy

CyberCore allows server administrators to create and manage virtual economies that reward community participation through points, coins, credits, or other virtual currencies.

These rewards may be earned through activities such as chatting, reactions, completing quests, participating in community events, engaging with social media campaigns, predictions, games, raffles, or any other activities supported by CyberCore.

No Monetary Value

All virtual currencies, points, achievements, badges, rewards, raffle entries, shop items, roles, and other digital benefits provided through CyberCore exist solely for entertainment and community engagement purposes.

They:

do not represent ownership of CyberCore, CyberThrone Technology LTD, or any part of our Services; have no cash value within CyberCore; cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money through CyberCore; are not cryptocurrencies, securities, financial instruments, or investment products; may only be used within the features made available by CyberCore; may unlock or be used to claim certain rewards, including digital items, NFTs, roles, raffle entries, or other community benefits where offered by a server; may result in users receiving NFTs or other digital assets that can be managed, transferred, or sold outside CyberCore through third-party platforms, wallets, or marketplaces; do not make CyberThrone Technology LTD responsible for the value, resale price, liquidity, legality, availability, or transferability of any reward received.

Prohibited Trading

Unless expressly authorised by CyberThrone Technology LTD, users may not sell, purchase, exchange, transfer, or otherwise commercialise virtual currencies, accounts, rewards, or other digital assets generated through CyberCore.

Virtual Economy Changes

CyberThrone Technology LTD and authorised server administrators reserve the right to modify, reset, remove, rebalance, or delete virtual currencies, rewards, inventories, achievements, or user progress where necessary, including but not limited to database maintenance, software updates, abuse prevention, bug fixes, security incidents, or the removal of CyberCore from a Discord server.

B. Shops, Rewards and Raffles

CyberCore allows communities to create virtual shops, reward systems, timed roles, raffles, giveaways, lotteries, and similar engagement features.

All purchases made using virtual currencies are final unless otherwise determined by the server administrator or CyberThrone Technology LTD.

While CyberCore uses automated systems to process raffles and reward distributions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or uninterrupted availability of these systems.

CyberThrone Technology LTD is not responsible for prizes offered by individual Discord communities or for the fulfilment of rewards provided by third-party server administrators.

C. Quests and Community Events

CyberCore enables communities to create quests, competitions, campaigns, prediction events, forms, and other interactive experiences.

By participating in these activities, you agree that any information you voluntarily submit may be reviewed by authorised server administrators for moderation or validation purposes.

You agree not to submit any material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, malicious, or otherwise violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

CyberThrone Technology LTD reserves the right to suspend access to any feature if it is being abused or used for unlawful purposes.

D. Support Ticket System

CyberCore provides an integrated support ticket system that enables communities to communicate privately with their members.

Support tickets must not be used to distribute spam, malware, phishing attempts, illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or any other content intended to harm individuals, communities, or computer systems.

Server administrators are solely responsible for moderating the content exchanged within their own support tickets.

Social Media Integrations​

CyberCore may integrate with supported social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok, allowing communities to verify user engagement with posts, campaigns, announcements, or promotional activities.

Where applicable, users may voluntarily connect their social media accounts to participate in these features.

Users remain solely responsible for complying with the terms, policies, rate limits, and community guidelines of any third-party platform they choose to connect.

Any attempt to manipulate engagement through automation, fake accounts, artificial interactions, bots, scripts, account farming, or other deceptive practices may result in rewards being revoked, suspension of features, or permanent removal from CyberCore services.

CyberThrone Technology LTD is not responsible for outages, API limitations, pricing changes, discontinued services, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms that may affect the availability or operation of these integrations.

Payments, Premium Services and Billing​

Certain CyberCore features require the purchase of a subscription or licence. Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment provider made available by CyberThrone Technology LTD from time to time. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the selected payment provider to process your payment using your chosen payment method. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions remain active for the duration of the purchased billing period.

If you choose to cancel a subscription, your access to premium features will generally continue until the end of your current paid term unless otherwise specified. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases, licence fees, subscriptions, upgrades, and digital services are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you believe that a payment has been processed incorrectly or fraudulently, please contact us promptly at core@cyberthrone.io so that we can investigate the matter.

Acceptable Use​

To ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users, you agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to discover CyberCore's source code or underlying technology;
  • exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviour for personal gain;
  • artificially generate virtual rewards through automation, spam, or fraudulent activity;
  • interfere with the operation, security, or stability of CyberCore;
  • upload or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing content, or other malicious software;
  • use CyberCore to violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, subscription restrictions, licensing mechanisms, or security measures;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, or intentionally disrupt other users, communities, or members of the CyberThrone Technology LTD team.

Violation of these Terms may result in warnings, suspension, termination of access, removal of data, revocation of licences, or any other action deemed appropriate by CyberThrone Technology LTD.
